These terms cover your use of coolnomics.com and anything you buy from Coolnomics. By booking, enrolling or paying, you agree to them.

Who I Am

Coolnomics is run by me, Robyn Wilson, trading as Coolnomics (ABN 65 462 208 327), from New South Wales, Australia. I'm not registered for GST, so no GST is added to my prices.

Prices and Payment

All prices are in Australian dollars. You pay in full when you book or enrol, through Stripe, unless you choose the Fellows Program payment plan or your invoice or proposal sets out a different schedule. Your place is confirmed once payment clears.

The Fellows Program payment plan is four monthly payments of A$750, charged automatically to your card or bank account. The first payment is taken when you enrol and the plan ends on its own after the fourth. If you cancel while on the plan, the Fellows Program refund rules below still apply. If you're on the payment plan and leave after the program starts, the remaining payments still apply.

Strategy Sessions

A Strategy Session includes about two hours of preparation on your business before we meet, plus 60 minutes live.

  • You can reschedule for free with at least 48 hours' notice.
  • If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, or don't attend, the fee is kept. My preparation will already be done.
  • Once a session has run, it isn't refundable.

The Fellows Program

Your place is confirmed once you pay, in full or with the first payment of the payment plan.

  • Full refund if you cancel at least 14 days before the start date.
  • Within 14 days of the start date, there's no refund, but you can transfer once, free, to the next cohort.
  • Once the program starts, there's no refund.
  • If I cancel or reschedule the program, you choose between a full refund and a place on the new dates.
  • I may remove anyone whose conduct makes the room unsafe or unworkable for others. Refunds in that case are limited to what the law requires.

The Business Accelerator

The Accelerator starts with a consult call. Your place is confirmed once we've agreed your start date and you've paid.

  • Full refund if you cancel at least 14 days before your start date.
  • Within 14 days of your start date, there's no refund, but you can move once, free, to a new start date.
  • Once the program starts, there's no refund.
  • If I need to reschedule, you choose between a full refund and a new start date.

Bespoke Strategy and Corporate Engagements

Bespoke Strategy, Business Briefings, Workshops, Programs and talks are each scoped in a written proposal. The proposal sets out the scope, price, payment schedule and cancellation terms. If a proposal and these terms disagree, the proposal wins.

Your Decisions

I teach commercial strategy and give strategic advice. You make the decisions about your idea and your business, and the results are yours. I don't guarantee any commercial outcome. Nothing I provide is financial, legal, tax or investment advice.

The Coolnomics Method and Materials

Coolnomics® is a registered trademark owned by me. The Coolnomics theory and practice, including the Codex, the Coolnomics Score, the Dialectic, the Idea Arc, the Core Idea Statement, program materials, templates, tools and recordings, are my intellectual property.

When you join a program or engagement, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials in your own business or organisation. You can't copy, publish, resell or teach them, run them as a service for others, or use them to train or build an AI product, without my written permission.

Your Work Stays Yours

Your ideas, your business information and the strategy you write belong to you. I may use what I learn, in anonymised form, to develop the practice. I won't name you, your business or your work publicly without your permission.

Confidentiality

I keep what you share with me confidential. In a cohort, you agree to keep the work and ideas shared by other participants confidential too, including in the Fellows Circle.

Recordings

Online sessions may be recorded so you can return to them. I'll always tell you before a session is recorded. Recordings are for your own use and the program's, and aren't to be shared outside it.

Free Tools and Published Content

Score Your Idea, the Lab and everything else free on this site are general information to help you think. They aren't advice for your particular situation.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where the law allows, my liability for any failure is limited to supplying the service again or refunding what you paid for it. I'm not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost opportunities.

Changes

I may update these terms. The version on this page when you book or enrol applies to that purchase.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia.
