Fellows Program — Coolnomics®
PRO · FELLOWS PROGRAM

Fellows Program

Eight weeks. One commercial strategy. Built in a room with other people doing the same.

You come in with a real idea. You leave with a complete Coolnomics Commercial Strategy — a document that lays out what you're building, how it makes money, and what it takes to run it. Robyn leads every session. The work is yours.

Duration 8 weeks
Format Live cohort
Group size Up to 20
First cohort 26 August
The Program

Eight sessions. Five phases. One complete strategy.

Each week Robyn runs a live session on a specific phase of the Commercial Spectrum. You apply it directly to your idea — not in the abstract, but in the room, with Robyn and the group responding to what you're actually building.

By Week 8 you present the Coolnomics Commercial Strategy for your idea. It's a real document. Everything in it is a decision you made and can defend.

Week 01 Welcome to the Spectrum — where is your idea right now?
Week 02 The Idea — is it good?
Week 03 The Product — what are you actually selling?
Week 04 The Market — who is the customer, and why does this resonate?
Week 05 Brand & Resonance — what makes it cool
Week 06 Organisation — how you run it
Week 07 Authority — your five-year vision and one-year map
Week 08 Presentation Day — you present your Coolnomics Commercial Strategy
The Commercial Spectrum

Wherever your idea is up to, that's where you start.

The Commercial Spectrum runs from raw concept to established authority. Everyone in the Fellows Program is somewhere on it. You come in at your stage and build your strategy from there.

Idea You have a concept. You're still asking whether it's good — and whether it can make money.
Product You know what you're building. You're figuring out what to charge, how to structure it, and how to sell it.
Market You're in market. You're trying to understand why it's resonating — or why it isn't.
Organisation You have traction. The question now is how to build the business around it.
Authority Your business works. You're asking what it stands for and where it goes next.

The Fellows Program works at every stage. You come in as you are.

The Room

Twenty people. Every stage. One question.

The Fellows Program is a mixed room by design. You might be sitting alongside a CEO working on a new venture inside an existing company, a Gen Z founder already selling in market and ready to scale, and an artist trying to figure out how to turn their practice into a product. Everyone is applying the same method to a different problem. That's what makes the sessions worth being in — the quality of the room is part of the curriculum.

The Output

The Coolnomics Commercial Strategy.

A complete, executable document covering all five phases of the Commercial Spectrum: your idea, your product architecture, your market position, your operating model, and your authority plan. You build it across the eight weeks. You own it when you leave.

You also graduate as a Coolnomics Fellow, Level 1 — with access to the Fellows Platform, session recordings, and the group that built alongside you.

What You Do With It

A document that does real work.

A Coolnomics Commercial Strategy is something you can put in front of people. Investors who need to understand what you're building and how it makes money. Project partners or equity holders who need to see the operating model. Your team, who need to know where you're going and why. A board or internal stakeholder who needs to approve funding for a new product or initiative.

Most people building something serious eventually need a document that pulls all of it together — the idea, the proposition, the commercial model, the market position, the operations, the plan. This is that document. You build it in eight weeks alongside people doing the same thing.

Who This Is For

Three kinds of people. One program.

01
Founders
At any stage. You have an idea and you want a complete commercial strategy for it — one you can take to investors, partners, or your team.
02
Corporate
You're working inside an organisation and you need to stand up a new idea, product, or initiative. This gives you the strategy and the document to get internal funding and stakeholder buy-in.
03
Transitioning
You're in corporate and you want to make the leap. You need a strategy in place before you go — something that tells you exactly what you're building and whether it can work.

If you have an idea and you want a complete commercial strategy for it — this is where you build it.

Your Teacher

Robyn Wilson

MBA (UTS) · Design & Psychology · Commercial Strategist · Creative Director · Founder

Robyn holds an MBA from UTS alongside studies in Design and psychology — which means she has formally studied how businesses make money, how ideas become things people want, and why people behave the way they do. That combination is not accidental. It is the thesis behind Coolnomics.

She has spent twenty years taking ideas to market. Not writing about it. Doing it — for global corporations, for founders with their families' money on the line, and for herself.

Across five years running Superora, her management consulting firm, she worked with 25 clients and uncovered $55 million in new commercial value. She has launched real products into real markets — with media coverage in Vogue, the AFR, and the Sydney Morning Herald, real sales, and real consequences if the strategy was wrong.

The strategy she teaches is the strategy she uses. It has never sat in a document. It has always had to work.

The cool and the nomics in the same room. Learned at the same time. That's what this program is.

"Her ability to see the potential of a business and craft a plan to bring that potential to life is beyond genius. Her strategic skill is second to none and the growth results in my business speak for themselves."
